We keep all transaction records confidential and run daily security tests against our website to ensure that proper measures are taken against security threats. We store and process your personal information on our computers in Canada, and we protect it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable Canadian federal regulations. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. We enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files. And we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

We may share your personal information with companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by. (Should such a situation occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information could be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.)

We never share your personal information with anyone unless the following occurs:

• we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure
• we need to do so to comply with the law

Our policy is to ensure that every client gets the personal attention they deserve. We keep the lines of communication open with our clients and monitor their sites 24 hours per day. You can trust that we will do the same for you. We are here to provide the very best possible service to each and every one of our clients. We offer customer loyalty programs and rebates to show our appreciation for your business. In return you can count on fast efficient turn around times on all projects, from print media to web design. It is our policy to keep all client information confidential. We will never release client information to a third party except when pre-approved for use on your website. For example; the contact information you provide.

First Choice Web Design reserves the right to reuse any code, software, design or layout that has been created for any client. However, we respect the individuality of each client and their business and promise to keep their projects unique. All hosting accounts are tied in automatically with payment processing. If we can not process an outstanding amount within 30 days of billing date the account is automatically disabled until payment can be applied.

First Choice Web Design reserves the right to change the pricing at any time. Month to Month accounts with a balance 21 days past due can be deactivated. A $150 reactivation fee will apply if the client wishes to reactivate the web site. Yearly renewals with a balance past due of 30 days or more will automatically be deactivated and a $150 reactivation fee will apply if the client wishes to reactivate the web site. Quotes and pricing are subject to change at any time depending on the needs of the client and their business. New accounts coming on are subject to a 50% deposit on the initial quote before work commences. The remainder is due upon completion. All quotes and job estimates are guaranteed for 30 days only.
